Dr. David L. Gordon presented workshop at the 21st Annual Shingo Prize Conference

Each year, lean practitioners and experts from around the globe gather for the Shingo Prize Conference. At the 2009 conference in Nashville, Tennessee, Dr. David Gordon, CEO of DMLGroup, was invited to present a workshop.
